NOTE: as of 2-4-2024 all Thursday Divisions (3, 4, and 5) are now closed to new and renewal memberships. Consider joining another division – 1 or 2 for Friday play or our 9 hole league – Div 9 (Weds AM at Riverside).

New Metro Seniors Membership Application

New memberships to Metro Seniors 18 hole divisions, Divisions 1 & 2 (Friday) and Divisions 3, 4, 5 (Thursday), will open on November 1 each year. Applications are accepted on a space available basis in the order received.

We limit our division memberships to help manage pace of play. Current members have first priority with renewals during November and December.

Registration as a new member (or to add a second division membership) requires a new member application and payment by online form (credit card) or by paper form with a check.  Membership applications cannot be initiated without receipt of your payment

NOTE: Memberships to our Thursday 18 hole divisions (3, 4 and 5) usually will fill up quickly. Membership to Division 1 and 2 (Friday 18 hole) and Division 9 (9 hole, Wednesday) are expected to have openings available.

LATE SEASON NEW MEMBERSHIPS

Late Season Memberships will open on July 1. New membership applications on July 1 or after will pay only 1/2 of the regular registration fee for the 1/2 season from July to October. Late members will be eligible for priority Membership Renewal for the following season.

Registration Form and Payment

All payments will go thru PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. When prompted for payment scroll down past the email/PayPal choice and select pay with Debit or Credit Card.  Click here for an instructional file that will help get to the PayPal credit card payment page. If your payment goes through you will receive 2 confirmation emails. One from PayPal and one from Metro Seniors.

Please complete the form with all requested information including email, address, state and gender. Most of our communications are by email or website postings. Your mailing address is needed for refund and end of year prize checks.  Please provide your cell phone number. We do use text messaging in some cases.

You will receive a membership number when the application is completed. Please note and remember this number. It will be used for tournament registration throughout the year.

Shortly after submitting the completed form, you will receive 2 receipts. One from the form and the other from PayPal.

As soon as your application is accepted Membership Chair, Michael Dersch, metroseniorsmembership@gmail.com, will send a welcome email confirming your registration and assigned division.  If your division/day requested is not available, Membership Chair will contact you with alternatives.  If we cannot match up mutually acceptable days/divisions, we will cancel your application and issue a complete refund.

If you are registering for more than one division, you must complete the process 2 times, one for each division. You must know your membership number to renew.

Paper Form and Check Registration

NOTE: We will not confirm new memberships until starting in January of each year.

If you wish to pay by check, you must

  • Complete our PDF form (see link below)
  • Print a copy of the form
  • Send the completed print copy with your enclosed check to the indicated address

We recommend you complete the form online and print a completed copy for application.

If you chose to print a blank copy, PLEASE make sure your handwriting is clear and legible and all information (especially your email) are accurate.

Please make sure to complete the form with all requested information including email, address, state and gender.  

Once your completed form and payment are received, Membership Chair, Michael Dersch, will match your request to available divisions.  As soon as a match can be made, he will send a welcome email confirming your membership number, registration and assigned division.
