Board of Governors, Directors, and Officers
Board of Governors, the Board, is vested as the management body for the Association. The Board is composed of Directors, Officers and the Immediate Past President.
Directors are two (2) members from each eighteen (18) hole division, the nine (9) hole division, Metro Plus division chosen by the membership, and the officers as provided in the By Laws.
Officers of the Association shall consist of a President, First Vice President, Division Vice Presidents, Treasurer, and a Secretary. The Officers shall be elected by the Board from the balance of the membership of the Association.
Executive Committee is composed of the President, the First Vice President and the EC Member at Large.
Election to the Board and installation of Directors, Officers, and their Committee Chairmen shall take place at the first meeting of the year. One Member from each division shall be elected each year, for a two (2) year term, and additional Members shall be elected to fill vacancies then existing.
Committees and Chairs
The President shall, with advice and counsel of the Executive Committee, determine all committees not otherwise set forth in the By Laws; select all chairmen; assist in the selection of committee personnel, subject to approval of the Board.
