Instructions – Starters/Scorers

Important Recent Changes

  1. ALL golfers must mark their Tee Color on the Universal Score Card and the Course Scorecard.
  2. ANY member in any Flight including new members without Flights assigned (less than 4 rounds) may play any designated tee box.
  3. Closest-To-Pin markers will be placed on all par 3’s:
    1. All Players are eligible for all par 3’s. You will hit from the designated tee box you have identified on your universal scorecard.
  4. CTP Holes and tee position listed by course in Division GolfLeague Documents folder, and sheet in Golf Suitcase, and confirmed by Div VP email each week
  5. Weekly Tee times
    1. Member Tee Groups to complete tee schedule in GolfLeague
    2. Member Tee Groups to complete Start and Finish times on universal Score Card
    3. Starters will provide the Start Time
  6. Start Time is when the last Group Member tees off.
  7. Finish Time is when the Last Tee Group Member completes the hole.
  8. Scorers (and Starters) check for card completion and legibility.  If unreadable or incomplete, ask group to fix.
  9. Scorers ensure that CTP markers are brought in. If not, send the group back out to pick them up.
  10. Scorers not required to check math totals. This is completed when scores are input to GolfLeague.
