The 2025 Association Championship will be played once again at Crystal Highlands Golf Course, Festus, MO. The Championship will be played during the 23th week of the weekly schedule (15 September 2025).

To qualify each Metro Senior member must have played at least 7 rounds in the previous season. Members must compete in a minimum of 12 weekly tournaments of the first 20 weeks. The Average Net score from the first 20 weeks of the season will be used to determine the year end standing. There will be 4 brackets with the Handicap Guides calculated and fixed on 31 Jan 2025. The top 22, with the lowest Average Net Score (plus ties) in each bracket from all Divisions (1-5) combined, qualify for the Metro Seniors Championship.
Also, starting this year, we will be implementing a Rain-out Matrix to keep the qualifying as equal as possible in the case of rain-outs. With no rain-outs, a member must play in 60% of the available weeks. The Matrix is designed to stay within the 60% to 65% range. The minimum number of rounds stays at 12 until the third rain-out for any Division, then that Divisions’ minimum number will drop to 11 rounds. If more rain-outs occur for that Division the minimum number of rounds will also decrease. This Rain-out Matrix is for each individual Division, since it is possible for one Division to be rained-out in one part of the Metro area and another Division to luck out in another part of the area.
